How do I make a purchase?

Browse our products, add items to your cart, proceed to checkout, enter your delivery details, and choose your preferred payment method.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can check out as a guest. Creating an account, however, allows faster checkout, order tracking, and access to your purchase history.

Do you charge sales tax?

All prices on our website are VAT-exclusive unless otherwise stated. VAT will be calculated at checkout according to Kenyan Tax Regulations.

Now that I’ve paid with my card online, when can I expect my order to ship?

Online prepaid orders (Card Payments) require 2–3 business days to process before shipping.

Delivery

All orders outside Nairobi will be shipped via Fargo Courier or Speedaf Logistics. You will be able to select your preferred shipping method during checkout.

Delivery Rates

• Free Standard Delivery: 1–2 business days
• Standard Delivery – Within Nairobi (Same Day): KES 500 – KES 1500 depending on your location
• Next Day Delivery – Outside Nairobi: 1–2 business days — KES 500

Important Notes

• Payment on Delivery (Outside Nairobi): Shipping fees must be paid upfront before dispatch.
• Online Prepaid Orders: If you paid online via Card, please allow 2–3 business days for your order to be shipped.
